Create programm that will able to get inotify events and report
in usable manner. No extra things should be added.

SUPPORTED COMMANDS

-d add/new path to directory
-e event to respond
-v command version
-h small help menu
[FUTURE] -s extra info output or no
[FUTURE] -i ini file with list of event
[FUTURE] -f filter path by pattern

Total size of final binary not larger then 64KB
